Shimmer.lk (Pvt) Ltd maintains the internet portal shimmer.lk, an online arm of the retail fashion store. Customers will be brought products through shimmer.lk to customers who are end uses of legal age to purchase online. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of your registration to your nominated e mail address. Delivery Police
The productions will be delivered to the address specified by you. We deliver island wide and a delivery cost of Rs. 275/-(Per 1Kg) will be added to the total order value. And also, Rs.100/- will be charge for additional Kilograms. All orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days under normal circumstances. During the mercantile holidays we do not any deliveries.
On delivery you will be required to sign a proof of delivery invoice, which shall be conclusive evidence that you have received your order.
Pay method
We always try to give best service for you. Therefor we provide you with a fully protected payment gateway in partnership with bank of Ceylon & Payhere and will accept VISA, Master, Amex cards, Discover, mcash, ezcash, sampath visawa, frimi and Genie to maintain a hassle – free shopping experience. Furthermore, you can use cash on delivery method.
Order
- a) Confirmation of Order
Once you buy the production that the order is confirmed. After that we are send order details to your email address.
- b) Cancellation of order
Once you have been placed the order, Shimmer.lk (PVT) Ltd will not accept any cancellations.
Amendment to terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to make modify to the site, its policies, these terms and conditions and any other publicly displayed condition or service promise at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you used the site unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
