Delivery Policy

Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 working days, excluding holidays. Upon delivery, you must sign a proof of delivery invoice. This serves as confirmation that you have received your order.

We provide secure payment through our partners, Bank of Ceylon and PayHere. Accepted methods include VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, mCash, eZ Cash, Sampath Visawa, Frimi, and Genie.

Orders
a) Confirmation of Order
Once you purchase a product, your order is confirmed. Then, we email the order details to you.
b) Cancellation of Order
After placing an order, Shimmer.lk (PVT) Ltd cannot accept cancellations.
