The Shimmer.lk Exchange Policy is simple and customer-friendly. Please contact us via Facebook, WhatsApp, or phone within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a courier to pick up your item after confirming the return and redelivery charges.
All items must be in their original condition, new, unused, and with tags attached. Items should be unwashed and free from stains or makeup.
Follow these simple steps:
Pack the item and invoice in the same or similar packaging. Ensure the package is completely sealed.
Attach a label with our sender address on the front.
When our courier arrives, fill out the form and hand over the parcel.
After we receive it, our team will complete a quick quality check and issue a voucher equal to the item’s value.
