Exchange Policies

Just make sure you contact us via Facebook/WhatsApp or call within 2 days of receiving your order and we will send someone/arrange a courier to pick it up after informing the return and redelivery Charges. All items should be in their original condition and returned new, unused, with original tags still attached, unwashed and free from make-up and stains.

Here are the steps:
1.Please make sure to pack the item and invoice in the same or similar packaging and make sure the package is completely sealed.
2.On the front stick a label with our (sender) address.
3.Once our courier arrives, you will need to fill a form, and hand it over to them.
4.Once we receive it, we do a QC check and issue you the voucher for the value of the item.
